Ronnie Cutrone was born in New York City, in 1948.

As Andy Warhol's assistant at the Factory from 1972 until 1980, Cutrone worked with Warhol on paintings, prints, films, and other concepts.

Pop artist known Pink Panther, Felix the Cat for his large-scale paintings of some of America's favorite cartoon characters, such as and Woody Woodpecker. His works have been exhibited at the Whitney Museum (New York), Museum of Modern Art (New York), Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen (Rotterdam), the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles and fine art galleries internationally.

He died in 2013.
